The natural landscape has always had a stimulating effect on me and has been a place of both refuge and experience. I have created images from it in order to express and to communicate more of our environment to others who might have forgotten how important it is to stop and truly see what is around them.
I focus on the details that attract me in everyday living; I seek the unknown images hidden from our busy world.
Over the last 25 years I have worked as a photographer and graphic designer in London, New Zealand and Brasil. For the last 11 years in Brasil, as well as maintaining my search for images, I was involved with organic farming and teaching permaculture; helping sustain the natural world that I love.

What is ArteXpress?
Artexpress is a new experience in creating and buying art.
I created ArteXpress for a new audience of art.
The idea behind ArteXpress is the artist and yourself (the client) can collaborate together and create a unique piece, or pieces, of art, inspired by the artists images or even something from the family or work place. At ArteXpress we want you to feel connected with the art that you have chosen to decorate your house or office.
Through creative working with the artist or photographer, you can be inspired by taking a more active part in the process of imagery.
At ArteXpress we work with photography and mixed media, this allows for outstanding, brght and inspirational pieces to be formed with a time frame that is flexible to you.
All works are finished to a fine art standard on canvass or paper and after the peice is finished you will own an original ´one off´ artwork (there are no copies made and no prints made, unless ordered through the initial process). Large size now available, 1.25m x 2.50 on canvass.
